Position Overview:
American Filtration Technologies is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Manufacturing & Assembly Technician to join our production team. This full-time position involves hands-on work in a warehouse setting, you will be exposed to extreme temperature changes while supporting the assembly and fabrication of industrial filtration products.
We are looking for individuals with prior manufacturing experience who are comfortable working with hand tools, measuring equipment, and following established procedures to maintain quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working on a production line to assemble components and products according to specifications
- Operate basic manufacturing equipment and hand tools
- Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Assist with general warehouse and production support tasks as needed
- Follow company procedures and safety protocols at all times
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
- Familiarity with hand tools and measuring instruments
- Ability to read and follow work instructions or assembly drawings
- Capable of standing throughout the shift and lifting moderate weights
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
