What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Support Analyst position at American Fidelity?
- Develop and proactively support the case management of incoming new business by removing roadblocks and providing requirement and status information to the producer. For APL only: Assist in the relationships between APL and its independent agents by utilizing various channels of communication, sharing ideas, analyzing complex opportunities to determine viability to the company for new and renewal business.
- Responsible for product knowledge and for providing applications, appointment information, enrollment materials and proposals. Responsible for supporting sales by administrating a smooth transition of all new and renewal business received from agents and producers, monitor for accuracy and forward to policy issue. For APL only – Understanding of group insurance benefits.
- Responsible for supporting Sales by being the contact between brokers and all AFA and AWD Brokerage, Life Division or APL departments such as Customer Service, Commissions, Marketing, Underwriting, Licensing, Compliance, Strategic Services and Benefits to better facilitate case management and a personalized climate ideal to brokers. Consistent exercise of discretion and independent judgment to support profitable sales for the Company.
