- Provide supervision mentoring and organization for a team of colleagues responsible for setup of Product Only enrollments as well as coordinating efforts to ensure accuracy and timely set ups; implement and monitor processes and procedures to ensure maximum productivity is achieved and established department goals are met.
- Develop, maintain and standardize ETL processes required to extract, transform, cleanse and move data and metadata into target databases.
- Ensures customer/vendor deliverables meet legal requirements for the proper handling of HIPAA protected information, oversees team production for the successful and accurate delivery of data files to employer customers and carriers.
- Bachelor’s Degree From Four-Year College or University
- If commensurate experience is acceptable in lieu of specific education requirement, please describe: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or commensurate experience in insurance field equivalent to five years working in sales/administration
- Proficiency with PC Windows-based software, including Microsoft Office applications
- Strong technical and analytical skills
