What are the responsibilities and job description for the Policy Continuation Rep position at American Fidelity?
- Responsible for assisting customers with conserving and moving their conservable policies that are payroll deducted to direct bill when leaving their employer or when the employer leaves American Fidelity. Knowledge of complex pay cycle options available to customers is imperative to ensure customer satisfaction with the continuation experience. Collaborate with other departments and understand the functions of multiple systems in order to update customer information regarding policy status to ensure smooth conservation.
- Assisting lapsed direct bill customers with reactivating their policies within the given continuation period.
- Using sales techniques to offer new coverages when appropriate to our customers. Holds knowledge of American Fidelity products and services across multiple states and industries. Ability to understand and easily explain benefits available and how they may best fit customer needs.
