Responsible for championing, orchestrating, budgeting, and directing multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously and removing impediments when necessary. Provide decision making, technical oversight, and prioritization guidance to project teams. Responsible for support and availability of core platform features and integrations, and champions the use of the platform technology available within the organization. Accountable for overall technical architecture strategy and roadmap.

Identify opportunities for appropriate and cost-effective investment in tools, business applications and resources, including staffing, sourcing, purchasing, and in-house development. Promote and oversee strategic relationships between technology resources and external entities, including vendors and partner organizations.

Technical Skills And Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in Computer Science, MIC, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics or other science or management required; Master's degree preferred

- Strong understanding in leveraging CX technologies to create personalized, seamless customer journeys across digital channels.
