We are seeking a Drafting Manager to lead a skilled team of 8–12 drafting professionals. This role is an opportunity for a strong technical leader who enjoys developing people, improving processes, and turning project requirements into accurate, production-ready drawings.
Our team has solid drafting talent. We need a leader who can provide direction, establish consistent standards, and strengthen coordination between estimating, drafting, and shop production.
