The Client Care Specialist supports agency customers by answering inbound calls, resolving routine service and billing needs, documenting all activity accurately, and coordinating follow-up. This role is key to delivering a smooth customer experience while helping the agency stay organized and responsive. The position begins in-office for training; a hybrid schedule may be available after the employee demonstrates proficiency and reliability.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with service requests in a professional, calm manner
- Provide support for common needs such as ID cards, proof of insurance, basic billing questions, and general policy inquiries
- Route claims-related calls appropriately and help customers understand next steps
- Gather complete information for policy changes/endorsements and prepare items for agent review/processing
- Schedule policy reviews and quote appointments; manage follow-ups and open items to completion
- Maintain accurate documentation for every interaction (calls, emails, texts) using agency processes and systems
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and route to the agent or initiate next-step workflows (as trained/when licensed)
- Support additional administrative tasks as needed to keep daily operations running smoothly
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
