Aflac is hiring Benefits Consultants to join our growing Brandon, MS and surrounding area team. Our offices are in Brandon. This is a rewarding Business-to-Business (B2B) sales opportunity where you’ll work directly with small businesses to deliver voluntary benefits solutions for their employees.
With no nights, weekends, or holidays, this flexible schedule is ideal for self-motivated individuals looking to grow their own business while making a difference in their community.
What You’ll Do
- Work directly with business owners to offer Aflac’s voluntary insurance products
- Help companies address key benefit challenges and support their employees' financial well-being
- Build and manage your own client portfolio
- Attend in-person meetings, trainings, and networking events
- Participate in Aflac’s Sales Academy and ongoing professional development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Valid driver’s license (Required)
- No prior sales experience needed—all backgrounds welcome
- Must be reliable, self-driven, and comfortable working in person

Compensation
Compensation includes commission, residuals, bonuses, and stock incentives, and will be discussed in detail during the interview process.
