ServiceNow Engineer

You will manage the administration, stability, of the ServiceNow platform. The ServiceNow Administrator (Engineer) partners with Platform Engineering to ensure reliable platform performance, scalable configurations, and high‑quality end‑user experiences. You will focus on operational delivery, incident and request fulfillment, configuration, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform.

You will sit on the Platform Administration side of the ServiceNow operating model and plays a critical role in keeping the platform healthy, responsive, and well‑governed—while learning engineering skills.

Position Compensation Range

$80,000.00 - $131,000.00

Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements

• Demonstrated experience providing customer-oriented solutions or support
• Basic knowledge of integration and migration strategies and technologies.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of application architecture, design alternatives, and development standards.
• Demonstrated experience developing complex software using one or more programming language.
• Demonstrated experience interpreting, modifying and writing application system design and program specifications.
• Demonstrated experience using and supporting integration and communications technologies between applications, databases and technology platforms.
• Demonstrated experience using relational databases and standard query language (SQL).
• Solid knowledge of systems development life cycle (SDLC).
• Solid knowledge and understanding of activities, tasks, tools and techniques for testing applications to ensure adherence to functional and quality requirements.
• Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules including Event Management, Service Catalog, UI Builder, and platform workflows.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe.
• Experience with ServiceNow core platform capabilities, configuration vs. customization, and upgrade‑safe practices.
• Experience with ServiceNow Event Management.
• Experience building and maintaining Service Catalog items.
• Experience using Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Exposure to UI Builder.
• Broad ServiceNow platform exposure beyond a single module.

In this hybrid role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10
