Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate based in Milwaukee, WI, with the flexibility to work from home on a limited basis. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying customer needs, providing personalized insurance solutions, and building lasting relationships. Day-to-day tasks include explaining policy options, generating new leads, assisting with claim inquiries, and maintaining accurate customer records. The ideal candidate will collaborate with a dynamic team to uphold excellent customer service standards and drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to identify and meet customer needs
• Effective communication, both verbal and written, for explaining products and policies to clients
• Organizational and time management skills to manage client accounts efficiently
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and office productivity tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently
• Familiarity with insurance products and industry knowledge is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales, business, or a related field
• State insurance licensing or the ability to become licensed within a specified timeframe
