You will be responsible for leadership of a corporate digital print production team which performs printing, finishing, distribution, and mail insertion of a variety of print materials for internal and external customers. Ensure daily service level agreements and deadlines are met and that all work is completed. Participate in business continuity planning for the operation. You will report to the Senior Operations Manager, Correspondence Technologies and Operations.

Primary Accountabilities

- Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service.
- Demonstrated effective leadership skills.
- Basic knowledge of insurance operations.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and high attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities, work to deadlines and motivate/mentor staff to do same.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the company with internal and external customers.
- Demonstrated experience in use of computer programs including strong knowledge and utilization of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) Preferred experience with Print management information systems.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain positive and collaborative working relationships.
- Up to 10%.
- Catastrophe Duty up to 75% as applicable.
- Work that primarily involves sitting/standing.
