Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Insurance Agent located in Bountiful, UT. The Licensed Insurance Agent will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, selling insurance products, providing expert advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties include assisting clients in understanding their policy options, managing inquiries, and supporting their financial protection goals. You will play a critical role in helping clients achieve peace of mind through tailored insurance solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
• Strong knowledge or experience in Finance and related practices
• Outstanding Customer Service skills to provide an exceptional client experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust-based relationships
• Possession of a valid insurance license, or eligibility to obtain one
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work on-site in Bountiful, UT
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is an asset

Compensation

$50,000 to $100,000 (combination of base pay, commission and bonuses)
