Job Description
We are looking for a competitive Insurance Sales Representative to help us expand our business by actively seeking and acquiring new clients. You will identify their needs and demands and sell accordingly.
The goal is to formulate strong relationships to ensure growth and preserve and augment our firm’s prestige.
Contacting potential clients and creating rapport by networking, cold calling, using referrals etc
Appraising the wishes and demands of business or individual customers and selling the suitable protection plans
Qualifications
Property and casualty Insurance license required
Additional Information
Compensation: $11 hourly / $22,800 Base Annually Monthly & Quarterly Bonus Total Target with base and with 70% of sales objective is $31,500, 100% of sales objective is $35,000.
40 hour work week, Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
