Key Responsibilities:
-Sales Focused:
- Proactively make outbound calls and handle inbound calls to quote and bind auto, home, and life insurance.
- Meet with new business prospects and deliver compelling presentations.
- Assist with quoting personal lines insurance and follow up with customers to complete the sales process.
- Build relationships with referral partners such as mortgage lenders and real estate agents.
- Maintain product knowledge and create brokerage quotes and applications.
- Visit properties for field underwriting and take photos.
- Cross-sell to current customers.
-Service Oriented:
- Assist with incoming phone calls and help resolve billing issues and policy transactions.
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences.

-Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Must obtain property & casualty & life insurance licenses within 30 days of job offer
- Candidate does not officially start until licensed.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary (range based on experience), commission, and bonuses.

Schedule:
- Monday through Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM
