Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in New Brighton, MN for an Insurance Representative. The Insurance Representative will assist clients by providing expert advice, selling suitable insurance products, managing policies, and addressing customer inquiries. Daily responsibilities will include evaluating client needs, developing tailored insurance solutions, processing insurance applications, facilitating claims, and maintaining strong relationships with policyholders. The role requires exceptional communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a goal-oriented mindset.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
- Knowledge of financial principles or experience in Finance roles
- Proven ability to deliver excellent Customer Service and build lasting client relationships
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- State insurance license(s) or willingness to obtain required licensing (preferred)
- Experience in insurance solutions within the financial services industry is a plus
