Insurance Customer Support Specialist
Caldwell Insurance Agency, Inc., backed by American Family Insurance, is looking for a dependable and personable Insurance Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Evergreen, CO. What You’ll Do
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with policy questions, updates, and billing inquiries
- Help support sales by identifying opportunities to offer additional insurance products (bonuses available!)
- Keep accurate client records and documentation
- Follow up on claims and support the daily office workflow
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on warm leads (training provided)
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational habits
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Prior office or customer service experience preferred (insurance experience a plus)
- Willingness to obtain a Colorado Property & Casualty insurance license (we pay for licensing)
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply, but not required

- $20/hour base pay performance bonuses and commissions
