About the Role
As our Customer Service Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in growing our agency by building relationships with clients and helping them find the right insurance solutions. You’ll work in a supportive, team-oriented environment while having the opportunity to earn commissions and bonuses on top of a competitive wage.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Answer calls and process customer claims and payments
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
✅ Schedule appointments for the agency sales lead
✅ Process applications, policy changes, and service requests
✅Respond to customer inquires regarding coverage, billing, and products
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Licensed in Property & Casualty in the State of Wisconsin or willing to obtain
✔ Detail oriented with customer service experience (insurance experience preferred but not required)
✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn insurance systems
✔ A team player with a positive, professional attitude
