This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Kelso, WA. In this position, you will handle customer inquiries, provide timely and accurate support, resolve concerns, ensure customer satisfaction, and deliver exceptional service experiences. You will serve as a key resource for policyholders, assisting them with their insurance needs while fostering trust and long-term relationships.
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and resolving customer inquiries effectively
- Experience in enhancing Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage high-pressure situations with professionalism
- Proficiency in using customer service software and related tools is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in customer service is advantageous
