American Family Insurance – Matthew Bilek Agency in Mankato is looking for a Client Services Specialist to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to build a career in a professional, relationship-focused environment. Insurance experience is not required—we provide paid training and support you in obtaining your insurance license.
What You'll Do
You’ll work directly with our clients to provide friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable service. Responsibilities include:
- Answering client questions by phone, email, and in person
- Processing insurance policy changes and updates
- Assisting clients with claims
- Answering billing and payment questions
- Providing insurance cards, certificates, and other policy documents
- Preparing insurance quotes for existing clients
- Reviewing clients’ needs and helping identify appropriate coverage options
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Identifying additional coverage opportunities when they provide value to the client
- Managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Working with our team to provide an excellent client experience
This is primarily a customer service position—not a traditional sales position. Sales experience is not required. Cross-selling is encouraged when it is in the best interest of our clients.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional work experience, preferably in customer service
- Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license within 60 days of hire
No insurance experience? That's okay! Paid training is provided.
Pay & Benefits
- $24-$27/hour ($49,920-$56,160 annually)

Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
