Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (no evenings or weekends)
Pay: $19.00–$22.00 per hour (based on experience) commission bonuses
About the Role
We’re hiring an Insurance Sales and Service Specialist to support our growing American Family Insurance agency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, building relationships, and contributing to a sales-focused team—while also handling important service work for existing clients.
What You’ll Do
· Follow up with potential customers to discuss insurance options
· Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
· Educate customers on insurance products and tailor solutions to their needs
· Follow up on leads, referrals, and inquiries to support the sales team
· Process applications, policy changes, claims, and service requests
What We’re Looking For
· Licensed in Property, Casualty, and Life in the State of Wisconsin OR willing to obtain licensing
· Customer service experience with sales experience (insurance experience preferred but not required)
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills
· Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
· Ability to learn and explain insurance products effectively
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn insurance systems
· Team player with a positive, professional attitude
