What are the responsibilities and job description for the Insurance Agency Sales & Service Representative position at American Family Insurance - Beukelman & Associates Inc?
We are seeking a highly organized and competitive individual to join the sales team for our busy insurance agency as a sales rep. This position will begin as a 50/50 split of customer service & sales support while learning the business and getting licensed with an opportunity to move into a full time sales role.
This is an In-Person position in an office environment. The ideal candidate will be friendly, responsible, technologically savy and able to relate to others, make friends and express empathy.
This position comes with advancement capabilities which would provide additional responsibilities and additional pay.
Pay is hourly base with commission earnings for sales on top of the base once licensed and trained! There is great long-term earning potential with this career.
