Entry-level candidates earn an average of $50,000 in their first year with base pay plus commission/bonus.
Top performers earn on average up to $80,000 annually with base pay plus commission/bonus.
- Work directly with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations.
- Develop and present customized insurance proposals for auto, home, life, and other insurance products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Actively prospect for new business through various channels, including referrals and community engagement.
- Manage policy renewals and address client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
- Active Indiana Property Casualty License.
- Active Indiana Life Health License.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine desire to help others and understand their needs.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Comfort with technology and CRM systems.
