What We Offer
- Premium Compensation: Highly competitive hourly rate performance/volume bonuses.
- Predictable Schedule: Flexible block shifts (3x12s or similar) to ensure3- 4 days off per week.
- Elite Support: Fully staffed clinics with dedicated MAs, scribes, and on-site digital X-ray/labs.
- Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and CME allowance.
- Provide high-quality, efficient acute care to pediatric and adult patients.
- Perform minor procedures (suturing, splinting, I&Ds, foreign body removal).
- Lead the clinical team on shift, ensuring safe, rapid patient flow.
- Board Certified/Eligible (Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Urgent Care).
- Active, unrestricted California Medical/Nursing/PA Board License.
- Valid DEA registration.
- Comfortable treating all age groups (pediatrics to geriatrics).
- A patient-first, collaborative mindset.
