🩺 What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients across the lifespan in an urgent care and primary care setting
- Triage patient needs and deliver timely, evidence-based care
- Perform thorough histories, physical exams, and individualized treatment plans
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics using best-practice standards
- Prescribe medications and refer to specialists as appropriate
- Perform procedures such as wound care, suturing, I&Ds, fracture management, and foreign body removal
- Collaborate with supervising or back-up physicians when needed
- Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up care
- Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to other team members

⏱️ Operational Excellence
- See all patients who arrive prior to clinic close
- Complete accurate documentation to support quality care, risk mitigation, and billing
- Close charts within 3 days of each shift

Required:
- Active, unencumbered license in the state of practice
- Board-certified and able to treat patients across the lifespan
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Friendly, patient-focused, and service-oriented mindset
- DOT certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
Preferred:
- CPR certification
