Your Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive evaluation and management of patients across all ages
- Diagnose and treat urgent care presentations including injuries and infections
- Perform minor procedures: wound care, laceration repair, orthopedic splinting, incision & drainage
- Complete physical exams including DOT and occupational medicine services
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as labs, X-rays, and EKGs
- Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans according to best practices
- Deliver patient education with clarity and compassion
- Partner with supervising physicians and colleagues to ensure continuity of care
What We’re Looking For
- Certified Nurse Practitioner (ANCC or AANP) with an active state license or Certified Physician Assistant (NCCPA) with an active state license
- 2 years of urgent care, emergency medicine, or family practice experience
- Procedurally confident and comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative setting
