Job Description: Leisure Travel Assistant
Overview of Role:
The primary role of a Leisure Travel Assistant at the OvationNetwork is to wholly support one of our Independent Advisors delivering exceptional luxury travel services for the Independent Advisors’ clients. Working as part of a high performing team, our Leisure Assistant will assist the agency owner and travel counselors with integrating bespoke travel arrangements using Sabre and the AXUS travel application.
This PT position is on site in the NYC location and will report directly to the Independent Advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
Hours of Operation and shift available: 9:00am-5:30pm ET, 2-3 business days a week.
Responsible for all aspects of crafting unique AXUS itineraries to include custom air, hotel, car, tours, etc., with all necessary documentation.
Ensure documents for clients are complete and creatively presented.
Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks based on the needs of the Independent Advisor and discerning travelers.
Key Qualifications and Attributes:
Background in luxury leisure travel
Knowledge and experience working with Sabre
College degree
Experience working as part of a team
Passion for excellence in client service
Exceptional Professional Communication, written and verbal
Detail-oriented with the ability to act with integrity with personal and confidential traveler information
Capable of researching independently and/or with suppliers.
Able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency while maintaining a professional rapport and multi-tasking.
Adapt to change quickly and professionally
Agile learner with the ability

The US national base salary range for this position is from $39,200.00 - $72,800.00
The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role. Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
In addition to base salary, the anticipated range of which is posted above, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus which rewards participants based on individual and/or company performance.
