REPORTS TO: Operations Manager
Responsibilities
- Support the development and tracking of KPIs; analyze and help resolve recurring operational issues Monitor daily shipments to ensure timely pickup and delivery within required service windows
- Coordinate with customers to meet collection needs and provide proactive status updates for full visibility
- Collaborate with internal teams, external service providers, and independent contractors to ensure seamless logistics and turnaround times
- Maintain accurate turnover information to support 24/7 coverage requirements
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments; verify contents against inbound alerts
- Perform general property upkeep, including cleaning shared spaces, emptying trash, and replenishing supplies
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- High School diploma/GED; Associates degree or other vocational/technical school training beyond high school is preferred
- Experience in customer service and/or dispatch operations
- Prior transportation or logistics experience required
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred
- Experience in same-day delivery is a plus
- Flexible availability, including weekends and after-hours, to support 24/7 operations
