If you're looking to be part of a company that blends heritage with hustle, were excited to meet you.Visit our website atwww.axnygroup.comThis role is 5 days a week onsiteCAD Designer Screen Print & Production ArtworkJuniors Apparel | Off-Price MarketKey ResponsibilitiesCAD & Print ExecutionCreate screen prints, placement graphics, panels, and engineered artworkfor Juniors apparel in the off-price market.Execute CAD artwork based on provided direction, references, or existing art.Create CAD garment silhouettesto support accurate print placement, scale, and production reference.Prepare artwork using vector and raster formats for production use.Color & Production SetupBuild and update colorways based on given palettes or instructions.Prepare accurate color separationsfor screen printing and related techniques.Deliver production-ready files, including correct sizing, scale, and factory-ready formats.Review and verify all artwork, placements, color codes, and print packs prior to production.Production Support & CollaborationCreate detailed print packs and technical artworkfor factory production.Collaborate with Design and Production teams to support fast-turn development and revisions.Organization & WorkflowHandle a high volume of CAD requestswith speed and accuracy.Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.Maintain organized files, naming conventions, and version control.QualificationsBachelors degree in Design or related field (or equivalent experience).5 years of CAD experience in apparel production(Juniors experience strongly preferred).Proven experience creating screen prints and placement graphicsfor apparel.Strong understanding of print scale, placement, and production limitations.Ability to CAD garment silhouettesfor placement and production reference.Excellent attention to detail and color accuracy.Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Portfolio must show screen prints and placement artwork applied to garment silhouettes.What We OfferComprehensive Health & Wellness Benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with company matchGenerous Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidaysTax-free commuter benefitsExclusive employee merchandise discountsSalary: The anticipated base salary is $70k-$80kannually.
