Salary: $65k-$70kTitle: Associate PlannerReports to: Director of Planning Location: Hybrid (Mon Thurs onsite at our NYC HQ; Friday WFH)Job Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Associate Planner to join our amazing team! In this role, you will be responsible for inventory management across multiple business channels and locations, and providing analysis to support strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will possess strong Excel skills and the ability to use data insights to drive business strategies. This role is essential in ensuring that we meet customer demands while minimizing excess inventory.Key ResponsibilitiesManage total company inventory between DTC and Wholesale businesses and multiple warehouse locationsAnalyze by store selling and replenishment needsAllocate inventory to all retail locations on a weekly basisWork closely with Director and Planner to manage and update pre-season and in-season buysProvide updated selling and product information for seasonal assortment reviewsManage all sku creation and ongoing maintenanceHandle ad-hoc requests for reporting and analysis to support cross-functional business meetings and initiativesExperience and Qualifications3-5 years in Demand Planning and/or related financial/analytical experienceBachelors degree or equivalentAdvanced proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and complex formulasStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Advanced Retail MathExcellent communication skills to effectively present insights and collaborate with cross-functional teamsStrong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and solving issuesAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications:Experience in the home, retail, or consumer goods industry is highly desirable.What We OfferComprehensive Health & Wellness Benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with company matchGenerous Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidaysFlexible Fridays with shortened hours during both Summer and Winter seasonsTax-free commuter benefitsExclusive employee merchandise discountsSalary: The anticipated base salary is $65k-70k annually.
