Particle Line Operator - 4 am to 4 pm - Rice Lake, WI

Particle Line Hours:

Monday-Thursday 4 am - 4 pm

Fridays are currently Mandatory Overtime - 4 am - 1 pm

We NEVER work Saturday or Sunday!

Compensation/Benefits: Starting pay is $19.50/hr and a raise to $21.05 after passing the 30 day probationary period.

Particle Line Operator:

Tends machines that performs packaging functions such as filling, marking and sewing containers by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Starts machine and observes operation to detect malfunctions of machine, stops machine and reports malfunction to supervisor, makes minor adjustments such as clearing away damaged product containers and setting timers, inspects filled container to ensure that product is packaged according to specifications, loads packaged product unto pallets, replenishes packaging supplies such as bags, ink, string or tackifier, mounts supplies on spindles or places supplies on other feeding devices, tallies number of units of product packaged or records information such as size, weight, and type of products packaged, unplugs hoppers and cyclones, hangs screens and equipment for different products, and other duties as needed.

This position requires the ability to stand and use arms and hands for 12 hour long shifts.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Steel/composite toes and safety glasses required everyone in the plant. The working conditions are noisy and dusty; associates are regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts.

Candidates must be able to pass a drug screen (including being THC free) and pre-employment physical.
