We are seeking a motivated and skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our growing construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of heavy machinery to support construction projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and precision on-site. Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment including bulldozers, excavators, skid steers and other machinery to perform grading, excavation, and material handling tasks.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on all equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met.
- Follow project plans and specifications precisely while adhering to safety protocols and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks efficiently and troubleshoot operational issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of equipment usage, inspections, and maintenance activities for accountability and compliance.
Experience
- Proven construction site experience with a strong understanding of heavy equipment operation in diverse environments.
- Mechanical knowledge of heavy machinery for in the field repairs and maintance.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with experience operating large vehicles such as dump trucks, water trucks, or front loader trucks.
- Hands-on experience operating a variety of machinery including dozers, loaders, excavators, skid steers, and other equipment.
- Familiarity with safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation and construction site protocols.
- Ability to read technical manuals and interpret project plans accurately.

Pay: $24.38 - $29.36 per hour
