Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. This opportunity is a full time position geared with opportunity for growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in various welding techniques and be proficient in working with sheet metal. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, be mechanically inclined to contribute to our production needs.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate MIG, TIG, LASER and ROBOT welding equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements.
- Meet safety, quality, and productivity expectations.
- Utilize hand tools and machining equipment effectively for cutting, shaping, and finishing metal components.
- Work in various areas and collaborate with team members.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and procedures.
Ideal Experience
- Experience in a metal manufacturing facility.
- Proficient in MIG, TIG, LASER and ROBOTIC welding.
- Experience with machining processes and the use of hand tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective teamwork.
Job Requirements
- Ability to lift at least 30-50lbs
- Ability to work on your feet for a complete shift
