American Endovascular is seeking a compassionate and skilled Per Diem Traveling Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Putnam, Orange, and Dutchess Counties, NY. This unique opportunity focuses on providing vascular consults and follow-up care in nursing homes throughout the Putnam County area.
🏥 About the Role:
As a Nurse Practitioner in this role, you will:

Travel to designated nursing homes to perform vascular consults

Review and interpret ultrasound results

Communicate findings and treatment plans with patients and their families

Collaborate with our vascular specialists to ensure continuity of care
📅 Schedule:

1 day per week, with flexible scheduling
Qualifications
✅ Requirements:

Valid Nurse Practitioner license in New York State

Experience in vascular care or related specialties preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work independently and travel within the region

Salary : $78 - $84
