QualificationsBachelor degree and 1 year of relevant work experience, or HS Diploma/GED and 3 years of relevant work experience.Communicate with procurement, sales, customer service, and production teams regarding incoming/outgoing materials and order status.Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and labeling and printer operations. Experience with NetSuite ERP software favorable.Availability to work Mon-Fri 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.Ability to work with all levels of company, team player with attention to detail.Knowledge of OSHA standards, PPE requirements, and warehouse safety procedures desirable.Comfortable delivering frequent direct written and/or oral feedback.Capable of physically lifting and carrying 60 lb items.ResponsibilitiesEnsure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being primary goal and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals. Perform daily activities of warehouse, including inventory control, space management, equipment layout, logistics, shipping, receiving, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met. Inspect warehouse equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, oversee general maintenance as needed. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
