Position Summary
We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated Warehouse Associate to support our warehouse operations. This role works under the direction of the Warehouse Manager and plays a key part in maintaining organization, accuracy, and efficiency in our warehouse while supporting field teams with materials and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Report to work by 6:00 AM for daily warehouse operations
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming deliveries (forklift operation required)
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety across warehouse and yard areas
- Coordinate and schedule material deliveries to job sites
- Communicate with field staff to fulfill material and equipment requests
- Track inventory levels and report low-stock items
- Label and organize materials by job/project
- Assist with tool and equipment tracking, including sign-in/out procedures
- Support basic facility and vehicle maintenance tasks
- Assist with scrap wire recycling and material disposal programs
- Maintain accurate records related to inventory and deliveries
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support warehouse and operations team
Qualifications
- Prior warehouse, logistics, or construction support experience preferred
- CDL license highly preferred, but not required
- Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to be trained)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and field personnel
- Basic computer skills for tracking inventory and orders
- Dependable with strong work ethic and attention to detail
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions (warehouse and outdoor yard)
Work Environment
This position operates in a warehouse and outdoor yard environment with exposure to equipment, noise, and varying temperatures.
