Job Description
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Responsible to Customer Contract management for the integrity of provisioning system performance, and the delivery of world-class enrollment, account management and customer retention operations that meet and exceed all customer and company expectations
Responsible for supporting all contract life-cycles
Support daily operations associated with provisioning services and contract approval processes
Assume accountability for the timeliness and integrity of all mission-critical projects, processes, and outcomesOther duties as assigned by management 40-45 hours per week expected.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Management preferred) or equivalent required.Minimum 1 year contract management, operations or relevant business experience preferred.Ability to learn energy/utility contracts and challenges currently faced in the procurement/administration functions.Ability to understand function and inter-dependencies of all back-office systems and processes and ability to create and adapt processes to function within them to accomplish goals and drive improvement

Execution of complex initiatives; requiring accuracy and attention to detailFluency across numerous business disciplines/functions. General budgeting and accounting procedures.Comprehensive Business Acumen.Conflict resolution techniques.DelegationProcess driven; emphasis on continuous improvement.Extremely organized.Demonstrated experience managing multiple markets.

Compensation Range:
$21.49-26.87 USD
Candidates will be considered based on their qualifications and the candidate’s ability to work from an approved work location. Although the location is flexible, AEP does not have a presence in all states and localities. The following locations are NOT currently approved for this position: AK, CA, CO, CT, DE, HI, IA, ID, KS, MA, ME, MS, MT, ND, NH, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OR, RI, SD, UT, VT, WY, US Territories or international work locations. AEP will consider qualified candidates who are willing to relocate to an approved work location, at the candidate’s expense, provided the relocation can be completed within a timeframe that meets AEP’s staffing needs. NOTE: All remote work locations require vetting and final approval prior to offer and/or start date. Any work locations listed as preferred or unapproved relate specifically to the requirements for this position and are not necessarily applicable to other posted positions.
