Material Handler - Shipping (2nd Shift)
Location: Mount Holly, NC

Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Hours: Monday – Friday, 3:00pm – 11:00pm
Position Overview
In this role, you will be responsible for processing and sealing finished product cases, and ensuring products are prepared accurately for shipment. This position plays a critical role in maintaining efficient shipping operations and supporting overall production goals.
What You’ll Do
- Operate and monitor the case sealing machine.
- Unload finished cases from conveyor systems onto trucks or pallets.
- Build and organize pallets of finished goods for shipment.
- Safely operate pallet jacks and assisted lifting devices.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping and housekeeping duties.
- Promptly report equipment issues, safety concerns, or operational problems to supervision.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift, stand, walk, bend, kneel, stretch, climb stairs, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
- Ability to distinguish colors and shades (color vision test required).
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Basic Computer Skills
- Ability to read and write legibly.
