What you’ll actually be doing
- Own the entire recruiting process—from bringing in new clients to successfully placing candidates across a range of roles.
- Reaching out and building relationships with candidates
- Sourcing and speaking with construction professionals across the country
- Helping grow the business through new relationships and business development
What we’re looking for
- 0–3 years of experience in recruiting, sales, customer service, or something similar
- Someone who’s open to a sales-driven recruiting role (this is important)
- Comfortable in a startup environment where things aren’t overly structured
- Good communicator who enjoys talking with people and building relationships
- Competitive mindset, you like winning and being rewarded for it
- Willingness to learn and be coached
