Job Title: Concrete Batch Plant Maintenance Person
Location: Heber City, Magna, or American Fork (as assigned)
Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor

American Eagle Ready Mix Utah LLC is seeking a skilled and safety-focused Concrete Batch Plant Maintenance Person to support the maintenance and repair of concrete batch plant equipment. This position is critical to ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on batching systems, mixers, conveyors, and related machinery.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of plant equipment including mixers, conveyors, silos, motors, and pumps
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Perform welding and basic fabrication as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and equipment inspections
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with company safety policies and OSHA regulations
- Assist with plant start-up and shutdown procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate equipment issues or concerns to supervisors in a timely manner
- Perform all other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in concrete or aggregate environments
- Mechanical, electrical, and welding/fabrication experience required
- Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, diagrams, and technical documents
- Must be dependable, self-motivated, and safety conscious
- Capable of working independently or as part of a team
- Must be able to work flexible hours including early mornings, nights, weekends, or overtime as needed
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to climb stairs and ladders; bend, kneel, squat, and crawl in tight spaces
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently
- Regular use of hand and power tools
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, wind, rain, etc.)
- Ability to work at heights and in noisy, dusty, or uneven environments
- Regular and predictable attendance required
