Receptionist (Full-Time)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We’re looking for more than just someone to answer phones — we need a proactive, detail-oriented Receptionist who takes pride in keeping the office running smoothly and looking its best at all times.
This role is perfect for someone who likes to stay busy, takes initiative, and enjoys helping across multiple areas of the business.
What You’ll Do
- Greet employees, visitors, and applicants with a professional and welcoming attitude
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Keep the front office, conference rooms, and common areas clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the day
- Monitor and restock office and breakroom supplies before they run out
- Handle mail, deliveries, and general office coordination
- Assist with scheduling, data entry, and administrative support
- Support in different tasks for mulitple departments as needed
- Step in wherever needed to help keep things running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with scheduling and administrative support
- Someone who takes initiative.
- High attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, organized space
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
