We are seeking a motivated and dependable Ready Mix Drivers to join our team. In this vital role, you will operate commercial Ready Mix Truck, to deliver high-quality concrete materials to construction sites efficiently and safely. Your expertise in handling heavy equipment and understanding of construction site operations will ensure smooth deliveries and support the successful completion of various building projects. Duties
- Safely operate and maneuver concrete mixer trucks,
- Load and unload concrete materials, ensuring proper handling and adherence to safety standards.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment to identify maintenance needs or safety issues.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, documentation, and communication with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules or delays.
- Follow all safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation, transportation regulations, and construction site procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating concrete ready mix truck.
- Valid commercial driver’s license class B (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of construction site safety practices and procedures.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks.
- Familiarity with concrete mixing processes..
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in outdoor environments.
