In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the heart of our digital operations where you will be reviewing and processing mobile deposits, supporting online account openings, monitoring transactions for fraud, and assisting members with digital tools like Bill Pay and P2P services. Key Responsibilities
This role requires Subject Matter Expertise and the ability to provide mentorship, guidance and training to other team members. While this level of expertise will generally be attained with a minimum of _associates degree or 3-5 years in a previous Banking or Digital Banking role and High School Diploma/GED (highest degree required for role) . Priority will be place upon the demonstration of the ability to meet qualifications without an absolute focus on duration of experience, in recognition that the attainment of such qualifications may be obtained at different paces by different individuals.

Key Responsibilities
- Digital Banking
- Process Daily RDC - Review items, to accept, deny, make adjustments as needed - Assesses appropriate holds and communicates them to the member
- Review and process Digital Account Opening applications
- Review and respond to secured messages for Bill Pay, External Accounts and P2P questions and requested help from members
- Review and process alerts for Bill Pay, External accounts, and P2P – special focus on fraud monitoring
- Review and process Digital Loan Payments reports
- Organizes and balances daily items including mobile and ATM remote deposit capture items and lockbox payments
- Member Services
- Researches and responds to all requests from all internal and external stakeholders: members, support areas, retail branch staff, other departments, vendors and/or regulators
- Digital and Mobile Banking support via activities and calls from member facing teams
- Provides support for the processing of digital loan payments and online account opening quality review
- Help member facing teams when reported fraud by members
- Miscellaneous Contributions
- Performs related duties and special requests as assigned
- Help Digital Reps II and III with fraud monitoring, complaint management research and other tasks as needed
- Focus on knowledge retention
