Job Overview:
As an Order Picker/Inventory at our Transportation Service Company, you will be the critical link between our warehouse inventory and our transportation network. You will ensure that the goods our trucks deliver begin their journey accurately and efficiently. Your precision in picking orders and managing stock directly fuels our promise of reliable service to our customers.
Responsibilities
Order Picking & Fulfillment:
- Accurately and efficiently pick products from designated locations using pick lists, RF scanners, or voice-directed technology to fulfill customer orders.
- Assemble orders on carts, totes, or pallets, verifying item numbers, quantities, and lot/serial numbers against order documents.
- Prepare orders for the next stage in the shipping process, which may include light packing, labeling, and staging.
Inventory Control & Management:
- Conduct daily cycle counts and periodic full physical inventories as scheduled.
- Perform stock replenishment from reserve locations to primary picking locations to ensure pick faces are fully stocked.
- Assist in receiving and put-away processes, verifying counts and inspecting for damage.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $21.78 - $25.83 per hour
