How the Training Works:
- Fully paid 4–6 week program alongside an experienced mentor
- Live freight from week one — real routes, real deadlines
- Covers ELD compliance, HOS rules, pre/post trip inspections, and daily operations
- Weekly paycheck from day one of training
- After completion, solo pay starts at $0.56 CPM
- No-touch dry van freight
- Roughly 60% drop and hook
- 2,200–2,500 miles per week
- Eastern OTR lanes with reliable, year-round freight
- Mix of day and night dispatch based on load availability
- $0.56–$0.65 CPM depending on experience
- Most drivers take home $1,200–$1,500 weekly
- Additional pay for stops, layovers, and breakdowns
- Automatic pay review at six months
- $300 orientation pay
- Direct deposit every week
- Planned home time every two weeks — consistent and predictable
- Late-model Freightliner or Kenworth (2022–2025)
- All trucks equipped with APUs
- Day-one eligibility for medical, dental, and vision — coverage begins at 30 days
