What You'll Earn & Drive
- Competitive pay: $0.56–$0.64 per mile (based on experience)
- Average weekly earnings: $1,200–$1,400
- Weekly miles: 1,900–2,300
- Freight type: 100% no-touch dry van with half drop & hook
- Route coverage: Midwest only, no freight west of the Mississippi
- Home schedule: Out 14 days, home 34 to 48 hours
- Assigned trucks — take your truck home
- Modern fleet: 2021 Freightliner and Kenworth T680 automatic trucks

Training Program for New CDL-A Drivers
- Valid Class A CDL required
- Completion of 120 hours at accredited CDL school
- Paid regional/OTR training lasting 4 to 6 weeks
- Scheduled home time every other week during training (34–48 hours)
- Rider and pet privileges after training completion
Driver Qualifications
- Minimum age: 21 years
- Clean driving record — no major incidents or violations within the past five years
- No safety-related terminations
- Consistent employment or training history for the last 10 years (acceptable school/training gaps)
- No DUI/DWI, felony, or misdemeanor convictions in the last decade
- Must successfully pass urine and hair drug tests
