Regional CDL A Drivers & Trainees wanted - Midwest runs

What You’ll Earn & Drive

• Competitive pay: $0.56–$0.64 per mile (based on experience)
• Average weekly earnings: $1,200–$1,400
• Weekly miles: 1,900–2,300
• Freight type: 100% no-touch dry van with half drop & hook
• Route coverage: Midwest only, no freight west of the Mississippi
• Home schedule: Out 14 days, home 34 to 48 hours
• Assigned trucks — take your truck home
• Modern fleet: 2021 Freightliner and Kenworth T680 automatic trucks

Training Program for New CDL-A Drivers

• Valid Class A CDL required
• Completion of 120 hours at accredited CDL school
• Paid regional/OTR training lasting 4 to 6 weeks
• Scheduled home time every other week during training (34–48 hours)
• Rider and pet privileges after training completion
  
  
  

Driver Qualifications

• Minimum age: 21 years
• Clean driving record — no major incidents or violations within the past five years
• No safety-related terminations
• Consistent employment or training history for the last 10 years (acceptable school/training gaps)
• No DUI/DWI, felony, or misdemeanor convictions in the last decade
• Must successfully pass urine and hair drug tests
