- This position involves touch freight — boxes up to 35 lbs, handled with rollers and conveyor systems.
- Freight volume stays steady year-round, keeping your miles and pay consistent.
- Home weekly for resets, typically midweek (weekends not off).
- Benefits kicks after 30 days
- Average weekly pay: $1,400–$1,600.
- $0.63 CPM based on experience.
- $1,000 sign-on bonus, paid within 30 days.
- $240 per trailer unloaded and $50 for backhauls.
- Comprehensive benefits after 30 days — medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, and 401(k).
- Weekly home time for reset.
- Dedicated regional freight with consistent miles.

- Minimum 3 months of verifiable CDL-A experience within the past 3 years.

- Drivers living over 50 miles from the DC must have secure parking for truck and trailer.
