Entry Level / Trainee Program
- 4–6 weeks of paid on-the-road training with an experienced mentor
- Full pay during training weeks
- $300 orientation bonus on first solo paycheck
- Hands-on guidance on Western regional dry van operations
- Requirements: CDL-A license, age 21 , 120 hours from accredited CDL school, clean work history
- Average weekly pay: $1,300–$1,500
- Top 25% earn up to $1,700 per week
- Up to $0.08 CPM performance bonus
- Home every two weeks
- Steady regional routes with 100% no-touch freight
