Pay & Compensation
- Experienced Drivers: $1,300–$1,500 per week average
- Top 25% of drivers earn up to $1,700 weekly
- Up to $0.08 CPM performance bonus
- Bi‑weekly home time schedule
- Paid orientation: $300
- Paid mentor program during initial 4–6 weeks on the road
- Valid CDL‑A license required
- Minimum age 21 years
- Graduation from an accredited CDL school with at least 120 hours
- Guided training in Western regional dry van operations
- Clean work history
