- New CDL-A holders welcome, or 6 months of verifiable solo experience
- Team drivers and owner operators welcome
- Valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card, 21 years or older
- Clean MVR and background check
- Must pass hair and urine drug testing
- Average weekly pay of $1,400 to $1,800 on the OTR pay package, growing with tenure
- $1,000/week guaranteed for your first 3 months once you're solo
- Performance bonus stacked on top
- $75 plus mileage for short haul loads, $15 stop pay
- Paid every week during training, guaranteed
- One-on-one mentor training on the road
- Move to full solo pay the moment training ends
- Just need 120 hours from an accredited CDL school
- Mixed lanes and customers, steady freight flow
- Live load, live unload, preload, and drop and hook
- Consistent weekly miles
- Home every two weeks
- Day and night dispatch
